They are rightfully concerned that these notices are real or that they are about to lose trademark rights or have missed a deadline. All official correspondence about your trademark registration will be sent to your Attorney of Record or directly to you as the Owner if you are not represented by an Attorney and will be from the “United States Patent and Trademark Office” in Alexandria, Virginia, and all emails will be from the domain “@uspto.gov.” Visit the USPTO misleading notices webpage for more information.       2. Email from imposters
      3. Fraudulent or misleading solicitations
      4. False change of email address
      5. Wrongful appointment of attorney

      7. Fraudulent specimens
      8. Illegitimate signatures on submissions
      9. Falsifying goods or services in applications
